  • When will I receive my card(s)?: Cards will be available for pickup in the UM front office beginning August 8 (first day of school). You will be able to show your confirmation email to receive your cards.
  • Forgot to bring card to the game?: Show your original purchase confirmation email to the gate attendant to enter (digital or printed).
